Outlook Email Automation with Zapier

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer who can set up an automated response in my Outlook using Zapier. The trigger for the response will be receiving a specific email. The criteria for this specific email includes:
1. Email in outlook is received
- Containing a specific subject line
- Containing specific keywords
2. This email is send to Parser in Zapier
3. We need to set up the following zap:
-Zapier parser scans for email address and first name of the person in the body of email.
-Zapier creates an email in outlook with the
-Email to comes from the parser
a. Subject email is predetermined
b. Body of Email:
-Dear {first name from the parser)
-The rest is predeterimened.
This is for a free version of Zapier.
We are looking for someone who knows how to build it.
