Outlook 365 Assessment

I'm looking for someone to provide an Outlook 365 assessment for our team. After being hacked, we took extensive measures to clean up and secure what occurred, but we need someone to provide an independent assessment to ensure our security settings are adequate and that our Outlook 365 is functioning correctly. Additionally, we are particularly concerned about email security, so any recommendations for stronger security settings to better protect against potential threats would be appreciated. We would like the assessment to be completed within a week, and any insights or suggestions you may provide would be a bonus!
