Outlook Appointment Scheduler Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant based in India to take full ownership of my appointment flow. Your core responsibility will be keeping my Microsoft Outlook calendar perfectly organised: blocking out slots, sending and updating meeting invites, and making sure every change is reflected for all attendees without conflicts.
Day to day, you’ll receive quick messages from me—often on WhatsApp or email—about new client calls or internal check-ins. You’ll convert those notes into confirmed calendar events, handle any rescheduling requests, follow up for confirmations when needed, and send polite reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.
Because most of my contacts are spread across multiple time zones, accuracy in time conversions is critical. I’d also like a concise end-of-day summary highlighting what was booked, moved, or cancelled. If you already work comfortably inside Outlook’s desktop and web apps, this will feel second nature.
That’s the entire scope for now; consistency, clear communication, and flawless calendar hygiene will make this collaboration a success.
