Outlook Add-in for Email Distribution
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a developer to create a custom Outlook add-in that automates email creation. The primary function of this add-in will be to help with sending an email with an attachment to a selected group of contacts.
Required Functionality:
- User loads the addin
- Step 1: select a file using the "Browse" function
- Step 2: select checkboxes from a list of "Companies"
- Step 3a: create an email pulling contacts from a shared contact book that match the "Company" selected in step 2
- Step 3b: add a pre-selected list of email address to send the email to.
- Step 3c: use the file name from Step 1 to populate the subject line.
- Step 3d: use a pre-determined language in the body of the email including the file name from Step 1.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Outlook add-in development
- Proficiency in automation and response scripting
- Strong understanding of user action triggers in Outlook
