Microsoft Outlook self-destruct sent emails or expiry date

I need to send some emails with attachments that expire or self-destruct after a certain time (3 months).
Is there any free way to do this? I've heard of Digify but that is expensive. Also heard Gmail has that feature but I need it from within MS Outlook or 365. It doesn't have to be full self-destructing but at least to limit access to pdf attachments after 3 months.
