Microsoft Outlook Automatic Reply Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a professional who can set up two Microsoft Outlook Power Automations for my business email inboxes. These automations should enable automatic replies to be sent for every email I receive.
Key Requirements:
- Each inbox should have a unique, custom automatic reply
- The automations should be triggered for all incoming emails, without exception
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Power Automations
- Ability to create custom, user-friendly automated replies
We also need the original incoming email to be marked as unread and we will need to put the auto reply email into a new mailbox (ie. sent items/auto replies) not in general sent items folder.
Please note that the automations should not be based on sender's email address or keywords in the email, but should trigger for every email received. The goal is to ensure prompt communication with all my correspondents, regardless of the content or source of their message.
