MACbook IT Support: PST Outlook

I'm looking for technical support for my MacBook. Specifically, I need assistance with PST Outlook file management.
when I changed from windows to MacBook: I want to fetch my emails PST file to open it (as OLM file I think) on new outlook at MacBook.
my PST current file size is big (more than 50GB) and I don't want to save it on my MacBook drive, to save the storage space I prefer to upload it to my cloud drive.
- The support I need includes setting up automatic synchronization of my PST files to Dropbox.
- I also require a one-time transfer of these files to Dropbox.
Ideal applicants for this project should have:
