Live Mail Merge Coaching
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I already know my way around a basic Word mail merge, but I still stumble when it comes time to push the Send button in Outlook for a mid-sized list (roughly 100-500 contacts). My data lives in Excel and the merge document itself is set up; what I need is a real-time walkthrough—from connecting Outlook correctly to hitting Send and confirming each message leaves exactly once, with the right attachments and personalization intact.
Here is what I expect from our session:
• A live, screen-share coaching call (Zoom, Teams, or similar) where you guide me through the Outlook portion of the workflow.
• Checks that my merge fields pull through correctly, previewing and testing a small batch before the full send.
• Quick troubleshooting for common pitfalls—duplicate sends, blocked images, or Outlook security prompts.
• A concise set of follow-up notes or a short recording so I can repeat the process confidently next time.
If you’ve run bulk Outlook mail merges before and can explain clearly while we work, let’s schedule a time.
I probably need one hour of your time to screenshare in Zoom to get me over the hump to send my emails. The Word document, and Outlook mail merge and excel data are all setup. Although I previously set up Outlook as my default email in Windows, I think something is not correct in that area that is keeping the emails from releasing.
