INTEGRATION PRTG + OUTLOOK

Hello, i want to automatize my network monitoring , i have the prtg and i use outlook and zimbra, but i want to send an email to my customer only once, telling that there is a network problem, and after the alarm is off , send a notification telling that the problem is solved and we are going to send a report.
