Google/Outlook Calendar Expert

I have a couple of marketing companies that set appoints through Google calendar. I use Outlook for my day to day and just want Outlook to read one calendar and one calendar only and that is my work google calendar. It needs to read correctly so that the marketing companies don't have the ability to double book clients. I thought this would be easy but the company I am working with is having issues with this.
