Fix Outlook

Outlook 2019 not retrieving IMAP emails from server into Inbox. Someone has changed a setting a few weeks ago and has not been retrieving the mail from the server since. Some simple setting. Need outlook to work. Outbound mail is working as normal. Work must be done over teamviewer or anydesk via my PC.
