Fix MS 365 and GoDaddy Email Glitch

I'm having an issue with linking two GoDaddy email accounts through MS 365. One account has disappeared from my friend's Droid phone and Windows laptop. Although I managed to get one account up on Windows, it's misidentified as the other account. Outlook claims the second account doesn't exist. The account can be added without issue on my computer using Authenticator.
I need an expert who can troubleshoot this issue, ideally someone who is experienced with MS 365 and GoDaddy email systems. The goal is to restore normal functionality to both accounts on the same device.
