Expert Needed for Outlook Calendar Troubleshooting

I'm facing syncing issues and other problems with my Outlook Calendar, visible on my mobile device and my computer. Als the calendar is slow to load.
I cant set reminders on outlook caledar on PC but iPhone is fine.
One of the problems is the failure between the two platforms.
