Ebuyer Seller Account Creation and Management

I need an IT Support Specialist to manage end-to-end eBuyer seller account creation and onboarding.
Scope:
· Active Directory account provisioning (new hire setups, OU transfers, disk quota management).
· Microsoft Exchange & Outlook configuration (email setup, distribution lists, room mailbox grants).
· Security group policy implementation and MFA resets.
· Automate bulk user provisioning using PowerShell scripting to reduce manual errors.
· Manage high-volume service requests (password resets, account unlocks, WebEx configuration).
Requirements:
· 2+ years of enterprise-level Global Service Desk experience.
· Expert in IAM, Active Directory, and PowerShell automation.
· Proven track record of zero-error compliance during user access audits.
· Strong documentation skills and SOP adherence.
Deliverables: Fully functional seller accounts, automated scripts for future bulk updates, clear handover documentation, and 100% security compliance. Must be available for ongoing administrative support.
