Declutter Outlook Inbox from Promotional Emails

I am currently inundated with a high volume of mixed emails in my Gmail and Outlook accounts , specifically I have very important emails written over the years personally from myself that I had forwarded to sometimes multiple people, but now there is many many duplicates generated from these actions! I actually want to be able to easily identify these emails singularly , so I can print them off without getting absolutely confused with which ones I have printed or not. So basically any emails sent from me to others and there possible responses set aside in the file without any duplicates or any other miscellaneous emails. Besides all that I would love to remove a huge amount of unwanted emails and subscriptions that basically take up room and are unused, but reorganize any remaining emails accordingly. I am seeking an individual skilled at email management, with a strong understanding of Gmail and Outlook's tools and features.
Additional Key tasks would involve:
- Identifying promotional emails in the inbox
- Setting up rules, filters, or other features within Gmail & Outlook to automatically manage these emails
- Reducing the number of promotional emails coming from Facebook and Instagram etc etc.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience with email management and Microsoft Outlook functionalities. Working knowledge of app email settings would be a definite plus. I require a sharp reduction in promotional email traffic and need my inbox organized for efficiency and clarity.
