Custom Power Automate Flow for Outlook Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking to have a custom Power Automate flow built that will be triggered when a new Outlook 365 email is received and create an Azure DevOps work item. The work items should include:
Title : Subject line from email
Description: Exact body of the email, including embedded images
Attachments: Any attachments sent in the email
The flow should handle the condition of no attachments. Additionally, if the subject of the email starts with FW: or RE: (forwarded or response emails) then no work item should be created.
All of the latest/supported Power Automate functions should be used.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate
- Experienced in data synchronization tasks
- Knowledgeable about Outlook 365 and its functionalities
- Familiar with automation tools and services
