Copilot Booking & Marketing Automation

I want to roll out Microsoft Copilot across my small-business workflow so that booking customer appointments in Microsoft Outlook becomes almost hands-free. Today, every appointment request is handled manually; with Copilot I expect the AI to slot times automatically, send confirmation messages, and then issue both email and SMS reminders as the appointment date approaches.

Beyond scheduling I also need Copilot to sit in on our customer calls, record the conversation, and generate concise meeting-note summaries I can drop straight into the CRM. Accuracy, clear action items, and a quick turnaround on the summary are critical acceptance criteria here.

Finally, I’d like to tap the same Copilot environment for lightweight digital-marketing support—drafting follow-up emails, social posts, and promotional copy that references the meeting notes it just captured. If you have experience connecting Copilot to Outlook, Teams, and the usual marketing channels (Mailchimp, LinkedIn, etc.), you’ll be a great fit.
