Auto Email using Ms Outlook -- 3

I am an Marketing person, and have over 30000 emails in total and need to send 80 emails from the prescribed list daily. I use 3 email addresses to send those emails. I want to automate this process that has no human intervention. This list is in Excel Sheet, and needs to be picked and sent to 80 people with particular Body, Subject Line and attachments.

Currently, I maintain two lists. One email addresses found from internet, and the other list is Bounced mails.

The main list is filtered from the bounce list so everyday my emails are not gone wasted.

I dont mind a small software on anything, but I want the project to execute without I coming everyday to push a button or something. This has to be everyday at 5.

I currently do this by using Mail Later feature in MS Outlook.

You need to understand this project before you take. Any limitations has to be reported to me before you take this project. If I donot get what I want, I will not pay a single penny.

I am making it clear, because i had a same issue over here before.
