Add on for outlook

Create an add on for outlook to handle the following
1. Have provision to update keywords
2. On installation, it will identify a) emails having keywords and tag them as keywords and assign a ribbon Color’
2. While sending emails , it will ask if it has personals info and based on it save it as per retention policy. Retention of emails if marked will be set in the add on
3. While receiving emails, it will ask , if any email to be tagged as personals info. If yes , those will be moved and flagged
On completion of retention policy, it will remove the emails and give excel report of deletion
