Adapting Microsoft Office 365

We have got Ms Office 365 basic and premium licences.
We need to know configure them right from device enrollment set policies create approval hierarchy etc. and use it to optimize our processes, create Basic CRM, Debt collection Reporting and monitoring site via sharepoit powerapps and power bi and many such reports and screen will be required in future. Also we want see if we can link it to our erp and automate few processes of data entry or creating reporting screens from data retrived via ERP.
