I need an expert in Microsoft Office 365 Business/

We are trying to set up multiple laptops for users to work from home utilizing Microsoft Office platform. We purchase our subscriptions through GoDaddy. We are looking for help to set up Office Accounts on new laptops and make sure that everyone is synced together using the correct OneDrive so we can share files. We seem to have devices that are still linked to an old Microsoft 365 Family account and I am not sure how to change that.
