Windows Software Support Needed

I’m looking for reliable, on-call desktop support focused on keeping a fleet of Windows PCs fully updated and trouble-free. The core of the job is straightforward: install, configure, and patch applications and the operating system itself, with special attention to every component of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).

Most tasks will be handled remotely through tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Microsoft Remote Assistance. I may occasionally ask for advice on related matters—hardware hiccups or light network tweaks—but the primary responsibility remains software installation and ongoing updates.

What I expect from you
• Proven Windows expertise—please outline the versions you’ve supported and any certification you hold.
• Solid track record with Microsoft Office deployments, including licence activation, template migration, and macro-security settings.
• Clear, concise documentation of each session: what was installed, updated, or adjusted, plus any follow-up recommendations.
