Text Data Entry Excel Template

I need a clean, well-structured Excel workbook built strictly for text-based data entry. The sheet’s sole purpose is to let my team type information quickly while the workbook enforces the exact validation rules I will supply (think controlled vocabularies, character limits, and restricted symbols).

The file should open ready to use, with clearly named columns, in-cell prompts, and built-in data validation so that anything outside the allowed text patterns is blocked or flagged instantly. No numerical fields are necessary; every column will capture words, codes, or phrases only.

Deliverables:
