Recover Outlook 2010 Inbox and other folders
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
A recent “DIY” transfer from Outlook 2010 on my 10-year-old laptop to Outlook 365 on a brand-new Windows 11 machine went sideways and wiped out my Inbox and the carefully organised folders tied to my personal email account.
The good news: the old laptop is still fully functional and opens Outlook 2010 without complaints, so the original data should still be intact. I need an Outlook/PST specialist who can safely extract every Inbox message—and the folder structure that keeps me sane—then move it cleanly into Outlook 365 on the new computer.
Accepted approach is up to you: ScanPST, specialised PST repair tools, PowerShell, third-party recovery software—whatever lets you verify item counts and deliver an error-free import. Remote work is fine so long as you can walk me through any local steps (installing TeamViewer, copying large PST files, etc.).
Deliverables:
• A healthy PST containing my full Inbox and existing personal folders.
• Successful import into Outlook 365 on Windows 11, visible and searchable.
• A short summary of what was done so I can reference it later.
If you’ve rescued corrupted Outlook data before, I’m ready to get started right away.
