Part-Time Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
My workload has outgrown my day, so I’m looking for a dependable virtual assistant who can take charge of three core areas: keeping my inbox organized, managing my calendar, and handling routine data entry. The commitment is steady—around 10-20 hours each week—but I value flexibility; some days may be busier than others, and I’ll communicate priorities in advance.
Success in this role means:
• Zero-inbox mentality—flagging anything urgent and filing or archiving the rest.
• A well-structured calendar that reflects up-to-date meetings, reminders, and buffer time.
• Accurate, neatly formatted spreadsheets or database entries delivered on time.
You’ll work mostly in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack, so proficiency in these tools is essential. I’m based in a UTC-5 time zone but only need partial overlap for quick check-ins and status updates.
If you’re detail-oriented, proactive about asking clarifying questions, and comfortable working independently while keeping me in the loop, I’d love to hear how you can make my day run smoother.
