I have a collection of clearly-typed text documents, each running about three to five pages, saved as PDFs or image scans. I need every word moved into an Excel sheet with the same order, headings, and paragraph breaks that appear in the originals so it remains easy to read and analyse later. Accuracy is the priority: spellings, punctuation, and line spacing must match the source, and each column in the sheet must stay consistently formatted throughout the job.
You’ll receive the files in batches and an Excel template that shows the exact structure I want—column headers, font, wrap settings, and any required data validation rules. After completing a batch, you’ll quickly proof-check your own work before sending it back to me for review. If anything looks off, we’ll fix it right away so the next batch stays on track.
