Outlook Add-In for Email Organization

I need a custom add-in that can automatically save both my sent and received emails.

Key Features:
- The add-in must be compatible with Outlook and automated as much as possible.
- It should have the capability to save both sent and received
- The add-in should be efficient, ensuring that no emails are missed in the process
- A simple yet effective interface that is easy to navigate and use is crucial

The add in will:
- query a SQL database and find clients linked to the sender/recipient and prompt the user to select the relevant client
- Save a copy of that email to the relevant folder for the selected client - again based on a SQL query.
The SQL query information can be provided to facilitate this.
