Office Administrator
Budget: $20 – $30 CAD
Office Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Arrange, plan and coordinate conference calls and meetings, promptly receiving and screening incoming telephone calls, providing friendly and professional greetings, taking messages as appropriate, and gathering necessary information to facilitate timely and accurate responses, responding when and as appropriate.
Coordinate projects between technicians and customers, helping to collaboratively establish, communicate, and maintain deadlines.
Complete special research projects as directed.
Compose and/or edit a variety of documents including highly confidential correspondence, memoranda, contracts, and proposals.
Correspond with customers and keep them updated on the progress of their requests.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, reports, and reference materials.
Review operating practices and suggests improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to safeguard highly confidential information and to perform with a high level of discretion, tact, professionalism, and integrity.
Ability to work independently.
Demonstrated experience producing high-quality and error and omission-free deliverables within tight deadlines.
Demonstrated strong personal initiative and independent judgment, along with a desire for continuous improvement.
Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to consolidate and report information accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
