I have a mix of Excel spreadsheets, PDF documents, and Word files that need to look consistent and professional across all formats. The job centres on cleaning up the spreadsheets, polishing the Word content, and producing PDF versions that mirror the originals perfectly.
Here is what I need done:
• Re-format each Excel sheet so tables, fonts, and column widths are neat and readable without altering any data.
• Apply a cohesive style to the Word documents—uniform headings, page numbers, and headers/footers—then export them to print-ready PDF.
• Convert all source files back and forth between Excel, Word, and PDF while preserving formulas, hyperlinks, and formatting.
Deliverables
1. Finalised Excel workbooks (.xlsx) plus matching PDFs
2. Professionally formatted Word documents (.docx) plus matching PDFs
3. A folder of clean, searchable PDFs for every asset
I will share the source materials via cloud storage and would like the completed files returned in their native formats alongside the PDFs.
