Microsoft 365 setup

I have a client that needs to have a couple Microsoft 365 accounts set up onto their laptop and phone. We have purchased the licenses and have the username and passwords but no idea how to set them up. My client is not good with tech and needs someone to either set these up for him, or be able to walk him through the process over the phone.
