Microsoft Office VA Expert Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a reliable Virtual Assistant who lives and breathes Microsoft 365. Day-to-day you will jump between Excel, Word, and the occasional PowerPoint deck, making sure my documents look sharp, function correctly, and are ready to send out without a second pass.
Excel work comes first. Expect to key in data with zero errors, build and audit formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IFs, SUMIFS, basic pivot logic), and translate results into clear charts or graphs so I can snapshot performance at a glance.
In Word, you’ll take rough drafts and turn them into professionally formatted files. This includes setting up reusable styles, creating clean templates for letters or proposals, and running mail merges that pull data straight from my spreadsheets or CRM.
PowerPoint support will be lighter but still important: polishing slide layouts, applying my brand theme, and ensuring charts copied over from Excel remain editable.
Deliverables I’ll review:
• Excel workbooks containing validated data, working formulas, and dynamic charts
• Word files re-styled to our template, plus the master .dotx template itself
• A sample mail-merged document demonstrating the fields pull through correctly
• Any updated PowerPoint presentation saved in both .pptx and PDF
If you are already confident navigating these tasks inside the latest Office suite, let’s talk timelines and get started.
