Manual Text Entry in Excel

I need an existing Excel template populated with text-only records that I will supply as plain notes. All entries must be typed in manually—no copy-paste from external scripts or conversion tools—so spelling, spacing, and capitalization stay exactly as provided. I will share the workbook, the source notes, and a simple set of naming conventions; you return the same file fully filled out and saved in .xlsx format.

Acceptance criteria:
• Every row from the source notes appears in the correct worksheet and column order
• No added, missing, or truncated characters
• Uniform formatting: wrapped text, standard font, and the same row height throughout
• File opens without warnings in Excel 2019 and Microsoft 365

If you are familiar with basic Excel shortcuts for navigation and data validation you will finish this quickly, but accuracy is more important than speed.
