Help me to do a production schedule (excel file)

Hello, I need someone's help to build an excel file with data given to help with the production schedule of my work and can extract it as one PDF full a4 view (You can do pages if one page is not enough). The file will be split for every customer, like the attached below; please see and join if interested.
