Excel sheet timeline creation

Need to create a multi page excel sheet to track and show 3 different aircraft flight times. On the first page I want to be able to input for each aircraft, the day its flying, the time its flying and then it show on another page the for that date, it show the time block it will be flying. I also want the page that shows it flying to be able to change time increments from 5 minutes to an hour. The page I have attached will better explain the flow I am looking for and the breakdown Id like
