Excel Spin Button Customization

I need to copy everything done in that picture

I need the following as well

1. Year spin button
2. Month spin button

2.5 : Where it says the 2022,2023,2024 and then months under it, I want to change that to just days

3. On the right hand side, I want day 1-31 and some months go up to 30 and some to 31

4. If I press spin button I want it to change with the month and another for the year because it will have different data

Can we put month and year together in one button?

I'm looking to modify my Excel spin buttons.

Specific Requirements:
- Change the current year and month spin buttons to display days instead.
