Excel Data Entry from Emails
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I receive a steady stream of emails that contain a mixture of text notes, numerical figures, and occasional reference links. I need all of this information transferred accurately into a well-structured Excel workbook so I can track it and run quick summaries without digging through my inbox each time.
Because I don’t have an established template yet, I’m looking for your guidance on how best to lay out the sheet—tabs, headers, basic data-validation rules, maybe a few simple formulas if they make day-to-day upkeep easier. Once we agree on a logical structure, the main task is straightforward: pull each relevant data point from the emails I forward you and enter it into the correct fields in Excel.
Deliverables
• A clean, clearly labeled Excel file (XLSX) with the agreed-upon layout
• All current email data entered and double-checked for accuracy
• Brief notes on any assumptions or recommended improvements for future entries
If you’re comfortable working directly in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets, if that speeds collaboration) and have a sharp eye for detail when copying mixed text and numbers, I’d love to get this started right away.
