Enhancing Leadership & Onboarding Through Multimedia

I am looking for a development professional who specializes in creating engaging and effective learning materials. This project will focus on enhancing leadership skills, LMS onboarding processes, and content authoring & deployment.

The materials are intended for staff training, so any experience in creating video tutorials targeted at employees will be beneficial. It's important that the learning materials are clear, concise and able to create a positive impact on the workplace environment.

Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable expertise in leadership development
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) onboarding
- Ability to create compelling video tutorials
- Proven ability to design and implement learning materials effectively within a business context
- Experience in human resources or internal training/L&D will be an added advantage

Your task will be to produce a series of video tutorials covering the topics identified, help with setting up the LMS, and certain process notes/checklists for a career path. Will need your presence at least 2 days a week in office at Mumbai.
