Data Recovery for MS Office & PDF

I need help recovering some Microsoft Office 2016 Word and Excel files, on Windows 11 operated laptop. I have tried some password recovery software, that confirms my password on file is correct but I'm unable to open the files. I have tried zip file conversions unsuccessfully.
