Customized Excel Tracking Spreadsheets
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need three-to-four clean, user-friendly worksheets built in Microsoft Excel that will let me stay on top of day-to-day work. Everything can be accomplished with standard functions, data validation dropdowns and conditional formatting.
Here is what I’m after:
• Task List
Columns: Date Requested, Who Requested, Type of Task (with a dropdown), Short Summary, Status.
Conditional formatting should apply my own colour palette—when I mark a task complete the entire row should grey out or show a strike-through.
• Contact Directory
Columns: Name, Company, Specialty, Cost per Hour, Notes.
Simple filters and consistent styling are all that’s required.
• Matter Tracker
Columns: Type, Summary, Outside Resource, Date of Completion, Status.
Same grey-out logic on completion as the task list.
• Optional Fourth Sheet
I’ll decide on the exact purpose once I see the first three, but it will follow the same look-and-feel and may combine metrics or summaries from the other sheets.
All sheets should share:
– A cohesive, professional colour scheme that you help me choose.
– Dropdowns where relevant so data entry stays consistent.
– Clear, readable fonts and a tidy layout.
If you’ve built similar project-management or CRM style spreadsheets before, I’d love to see a sample screenshot. Delivery would be the finished workbook ready for me to start entering data.
