We need a persona that can make the definitions of the Architecture front with the purpose of aligning the needs of the business with the solutions that are implemented.
-Build a holistic view of information technology strategy, processes, information and assets.
-Generation of artifacts required by the organization according to the requested role in the knowledge areas.
- Contribute to the attention and execution of activities, resources, equipment and architecture work plans, in order to meet the demand for technological solutions needs.
Define the IT solution architecture for each of the projects aligned to the business architecture and taking into account other projects that may impact the solution, validating and approving the architecture documents delivered by the project architecture teams.
Completely document the computer architecture of the solution in accordance with the standards and best practices of the market.
Define the data architecture, business, applications, integrations (Integration Bus), project architecture infrastructure and the general architecture map.
Support high-level definition of processes and information flows between systems within the architecture based on e-tom.
