Arabic PDF Table Editor

I'm looking for someone proficient in Word and Arabic. I have PDF files containing tables that need to be formatted and adjusted per my requirements.

The tasks include:
- Adjusting column widths and row heights
- Changing font style and size (Preferred: Times New Roman)
- Adding or removing table borders

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Word and PDF editing
- Strong command of Arabic
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific formatting instructions
- Experience with tables in Word and PDFs
