Accurate Excel Data Entry

You will be working directly in Microsoft Excel to transfer mixed data—both numbers and text—into pre-made sheets that I will share at the start of the project. The layout is already set, so you won’t need to create categories or redesign the workbook; your focus is pure data entry with accuracy front and centre.

Every line you enter must pass two quality gates: first, a quick spell-check to catch typos in text fields, and second, a numeric review to be sure figures match the source documents exactly. Feel free to use Excel’s built-in spell checker, simple validation formulas, or any other technique you prefer as long as the final file is error-free.

I’ll supply the source material in PDF and Word format, along with a short guide on naming conventions for the worksheets. Once the last row is in place, return the updated Excel file and a brief note confirming you’ve completed both spelling and numeric checks. Meeting the agreed deadline is essential, so choose this task only if you’re confident in your typing speed and attention to detail.
