To detect a 3-D model after scanning the QR-code in Hololens 2

Hello I am using MRTK (Open XR platform). I fould the code to see the qr code in hololens 2. But I need to have a 3-D model( sphere, Cube or any other 3D model) upon auto detection of qr code.
