Teams Presence Wallboard (Microsoft GraphAPI) -- 2

Project Title: Teams Presence Wallboard
I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Teams Presence Wallboard with the following requirements:
Features:
- Real-time presence status: The wallboard should display the real-time presence status of team members using Microsoft GraphAPI to get current Microsoft Teams Statuses.
- Dropdown at the top will select a user department, once a department is selected it will remember that department on further use.
Design and Layout:
- Specific design in mind: I have a specific design in mind for the wallboard, see attached wireframe photo in files
Preferred Platform:
- Web: The wallboard should be developed for the web platform.
Process:
- Microsoft GraphAPI will need to be queried once a day at midnight to pull in all users within that department, on this query it will also pull down the photo, department, name, phone, cell phone.
- Microsoft GraphAPI will need to be pulled every 30 seconds to obtain all users presence information to include current teams status, any custom status, and time status was set.
This information will likely be stored in a database, that database will be queried by the web page visible to end users who want to know status of specific department. On the 30 second interval it shall refresh the statuses, but not require the user to fully refresh the page to get new statues.
