Real-Time Outlook-Method CRM Sync

I need a rock-solid, two-way calendar integration between our Office 365 Outlook and Method CRM. Any activity my team adds in Method—meetings, follow-ups, tasks, you name it—must instantly appear in the corresponding Outlook calendar, and everything they create in Outlook must flow straight back to Method without a single duplicate.

Zapier was my first attempt, but it kept spawning repeat entries, so this solution has to handle deduplication intelligently and keep both systems perfectly aligned in real time. Using the Method API alongside Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, an Azure Function, or another lightweight middleware is fine as long as:

• All calendar event fields (title, description, date/time, attendees, reminders) stay intact.
• Changes, deletes, or reschedules made in either system reflect immediately in the other.
• No duplicates appear, even during rapid edits or network hiccups.
• The solution runs securely under our O365 tenant and respects existing user permissions.

Deliverables will be:
1. Deployed integration (source and compiled code, or flow export) running in production.
2. Setup and configuration notes a non-developer can follow.
3. A short test plan showing edge-case handling for duplicates and simultaneous edits.
