Copilot Meeting Scheduler Add-In

Job ID: 40201459

Budget: $50 – $100 SGD

I need a Microsoft Copilot–powered agent that lives directly inside both Outlook and Microsoft Teams as a single add-in. Its main purpose is to look at employees’ Outlook calendars, find mutual free slots, and automatically create, cancel, or reschedule Teams meetings for them—no manual back-and-forth.

Core flow
• User opens the add-in in Outlook or the Teams side panel and asks something like “Set up 30 min with Alex and Priya next week.”
• The agent checks everyone’s calendars via Microsoft Graph, proposes the earliest viable window, and drops a Teams meeting invite.
• If a conflict arises later, the user can simply type “move it to the next afternoon” and the agent will handle the update and send new invitations.

Tech expectations
Graph API, Teams & Outlook add-in framework, and whichever Copilot extensibility model you prefer (Power Automate plugins, Teams Toolkit, or a small Azure Function)—I’m open, as long as employees see one coherent experience in both apps. The scheduling logic must respect individual working hours, company holidays, and existing meeting categories.

Deliverables
1. Deployable add-in package installable in Microsoft 365 tenant for Outlook and Teams.
2. Source code with clear README covering setup, permissions, and Graph scopes.
3. Brief user guide (one-pager or video clip) demonstrating schedule and reschedule commands.
4. Short hand-off session to walk me through admin deployment and future maintenance.

The simpler the UI, the better; most interaction will be natural-language chat, with optional quick-pick buttons for dates found. Let me know which framework you’ll use and a rough timeline, and we can get rolling.
