MS outlook on phone and PC set up correctly,

I need help setting up MS Outlook on both my phone and PC so that it is properly synced. I already have the Outlook app installed on my phone. I'm experiencing issues with my office 365 business account, as Outlook works fine on my PC but not on my phone. I'm not sure if there are any specific features or settings I need to configure, and I may need assistance with installation if necessary. Help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.
