I need very basic tech support asap!

Hi! I am a REALTOR who now works from home and I lost my exchange connection that sent my work email to my gmail account. I need help re-establishing this connection ASAP and also need some support setting up and navigating One Drive as colleagues are sharing docs with me here and I cant figure that out either. This is super basic stuff but Ive always had someone in an office to help me with this but its time for me to learn to do it myself. Thanks in advance for considering helping an old dog learn how to do her own tech stuff!
