get outlook files back on my mac after migrating from old mac

My macbook died and i did a data recovery.
i then bought a new mac
I then used migration assistant to transfer all the data from the recovery drive to the new mac.
when i opened outlook and set up the email accounts, none of my outlook folders were there with all my stored emails. I have about 70 folders and they had meticulous filed emails from up to 15 years ago.
i need my outlook set up so that i can see all my files.
