email migration to MS Office 365

I currently use Smarsh webmail services (MS Exchange Online based) for three email accounts. Since we also subscribe to Microsoft Exchange Online we canceled our service with Smarsh and need to migrate the three accounts to our Office 365 environment. So I guess it would be an Exchange to Exchange migration. But not sure. I need someone who can help me with this migration.
